One session, the same eight tests every time, so the numbers compare across six weeks.

Before you book

The questions parents ask most. Anything else, put it in the form.

In Dublin. Sessions are one-to-one or in small groups on local pitches; the venue is agreed when you book the first assessment.
Players from Under 9 to Under 13 for now. Older and younger age groups will follow once the coaching arm is proven.
A record of where the player is now across sprint speed, acceleration, agility, endurance, first touch, passing, finishing and game understanding, where the coach thinks their ceiling is, and the distance between the two. That distance becomes the training plan.
Every six weeks, using the same measurements, so the plan moves with the player and progress is real rather than reported.
