Coaching built from the numbers.

Individual and small-group football coaching in Dublin. Every player starts with a measured profile, every session works on the distance between where they are now and their ceiling, and every six weeks we measure again.

What coaching includes

The profile decides the plan. The sessions deliver it. The reassessment shows whether it moved.

The first assessment is free

Sprint speed, acceleration, agility, endurance, first touch, passing, finishing and game understanding, each recorded as a number. No charge for the first one.

A plan from the distance

The gap between now and the ceiling becomes the training plan: a small number of things to work on, not "work harder".

One-to-one or small group

Sessions on your own or in a small group, in Dublin, each built around the players in it.

Reassessed every six weeks

The same measurements, repeated, so the plan moves with the player and progress is real rather than reported.

Progress parents/guardians can see

Parents/guardians sign in to the platform and see every assessment and how the player has moved.

An honest ceiling

Where we think the player can get to, set by the coach and revised as the evidence comes in.

Start with an assessment.

Every arm starts from the same place: a measured profile from the first assessment.
